Eames Herman Miller RAR rocking chair in faded salmon

Original Charles and Ray Eames rocking chair in its own unique colour which is thought to be a faded salmon colourway but it almost gives it a pink look. Vintage fibreglass shell on replacement zinc base with solid walnut wood runners (we also have black powder coated bases and oak/birch runners if you would prefer).

This is an early production chair with the three triangles embossed on the underside.

The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well.

In good vintage condition.  No chips or cracks in the fibreglass.  The shockmounts are in good condition. Some minor scuffs and discolouration here and there on the shell but nothing serious.
